Right to information:
In accordance with Article 15 GDPR, you have the right to request confirmation of whether data about you is being processed. If this is the case, you also have the right to information on the data being processed.

Right to withdrawal of consent:
If your personal data is being processed with your consent, you have to right to withdraw this consent at any time in accordance with Article 7 GDPR.

Right to objection:
Unless the processing of your data is necessary to protect our company's legitimate interests, you can object to the processing in accordance at any time with Article 21 GDPR.

Right to deletion:

Right to correction:

Right to restriction of processing:

Right to complain:

Duration of storage of personal data:
Personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses are not collected unless you provide them willingly, for example for processing requests and room bookings, when writing comments, when signing up to the newsletter or when responding to queries via the contact form. The willingly provided data will only be used for the purpose for which it was given.

Legal basis:
Personal data processed in the context of a general query sent by e-mail or contact form will only be processed with your consent, Article 6 GDPR.
Personal data processed in the context of a room booking is only required to satisfy the corresponding contract, Article 6 GDPR.

Logfiles:
Logfiles on the user's access to the webpages, in particular the user's fixed and/or dynamic IP address, the pages accessed, browser type, referrer addresses, access date and access time, are registered on the servers. We have access to this data. The data stored in the logfiles is used exclusively for statistical purposes. Unless required to do so by law, the user is not identified.

Use of third-party services and content:
It is possible that third-party content is integrated into our website, such as YouTube videos or maps from Google Maps. The provider of this content (hereinafter referred to as the "third-party provider") always needs access to the user's IP address. Without the IP address, the content cannot be sent to the user's browser. We endeavour to only use content whose provider will use the IP address exclusively to deliver content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party provider saves the IP address for statistical purposes, etc.

Use of Facebook plugins:
Our website uses several plugins from Facebook, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. These plugins can be recognised, for example, by the blue Facebook "F" or the word "Facebook". If you access this website via one of these plugins, a connection to the Facebook servers is created and data is transferred. Use of technically necessary cookies:
This website uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer.
